Distinct Minds Academy is a Nigerian social enterprise that consults and trains in character, leadership, marriage, parenting, and sexuality education. We are based in Enugu but offer training services anywhere around Nigeria.
Since 2017, we have worked with families, schools, churches, government institutions, and corporate organisations to influence and empower the next generation. We believe that the most pressing issues Nigeria faces are not due to a lack of intelligence or knowledge, but to a lack of shared values that compel us to care about one another. Our work is to build those values, one child, one parent, one institution at a time.

Mr. Emmanuel Ojieis the author of the inspirational book REFLECTIONS, a Bible teacher, public speaker, and human development consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, with decades of experience in leadership, finance, marketing, and administration across corporate and church circles.
Mrs. Nosa Uwagboe Ojie is an educational consultant, the founder of Back 2 Books Bookstore in New Haven Market, Enugu, and a winner of YOUWIN (Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria). Both serve as Directors of Distinct Minds Academy and live with their three teenage sons in Enugu.
